Red Snapper Group (RSG) are delighted to announce it has been awarded a contract to provide full recruitment master vendor service to Cleveland Police.

RSG has a longstanding relationship with Cleveland Police, having previously delivered contingent labour and permanent staff to the force.

RSGs organisational and sector knowledge will help deliver workforce planning and specialist recruitment outcomes for the force, with a number of roles having already been fulfilled since contract launch in the fields of Occupational Health and Strategic HR.

Regarding the announcement of the contract Martin Jerrold, Managing Director of RSG stated:

We have supplied services to Cleveland Police for many years and I believe  our long track record of success in terms of delivering the right outcomes in the right timescales has led to this more formal and developed engagement type. Thank you Cleveland Police.

Cleveland is set to not only benefit from direct recruitment outcomes through their engagement with RSG, they will also have access to RSGs full suite of ancillary recruitment services.

The force will have direct access to specialist blue light sector job boards provided by the Red Snapper Media network to advertise for permanent and temporary roles and is also able to tap into the worker-upskilling, training and CPD delivered by Red Snapper Learning the market leading provider of education and training services to the law enforcement, wider crime prevention and offender management work communities.

Furthermore the force will enjoy preferential access to RSGs social value programmes aimed at increasing levels of diversity and inclusivity within policing.

This is Red Snapper Groups second contract awarded through the YPO Lot 5 Framework and marks another milestone on Red Snapper Groups journey as one of the UKs fastest growing and most trusted staffing service providers to the blue light, justice and regulatory services sectors.
