🌟 Temporary Service Manager – Domestic Abuse Services 🌟
📍 Southampton | ⏳ 2-month contract (with possible extension) | ⏰ 20 hrs per week (flexible for more) | 💷 Salary equivalent £34k (pro rata)
We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to step in and lead a small but mighty team (up to 4 staff) supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support your team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred services
Oversee safe accommodation and support pathways
Champion best practice and positive outcomes for survivors
Skills & Experience Needed:
Proven experience managing a domestic abuse service
Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence in risk management
Experience supervising and motivating staff
Good understanding of housing law, tenancy management or related support services
A current, active Enhanced DBS
Excellent communication, partnership and reporting skills
This is a 2-month temporary role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running – with potential to extend.
