💼 The Role
As a Regulatory Complaints Investigator, you’ll:

  • Dig deep into complaints of all shapes and sizes 📂
  • Review evidence from case management systems, process docs, project board papers & more 🕵️‍♀️
  • Speak with stakeholders at all levels 👥
  • Spot weaknesses, understand root causes & recommend improvements 💡
  • Draft high-quality reports, letters & responses – all within tight deadlines ✍️
  • Feed into wider analysis to help continually improve 🔄

  • Experience investigating complaints/risk assessments 📝
