💼 The Role
As a Regulatory Complaints Investigator, you’ll:
- Dig deep into complaints of all shapes and sizes 📂
- Review evidence from case management systems, process docs, project board papers & more 🕵️♀️
- Speak with stakeholders at all levels 👥
- Spot weaknesses, understand root causes & recommend improvements 💡
- Draft high-quality reports, letters & responses – all within tight deadlines ✍️
- Feed into wider analysis to help continually improve 🔄

- Experience investigating complaints/risk assessments 📝
- Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills 🔍

- Knowledge of regulatory & operational processes ⚖️
