Red Snapper Managed Services require a People Services Manager.
RSMS assists Central and Local Government, Regulatory Bodies and Criminal Justice Agencies by providing investigation, enforcement, offender intervention and community safety services. Our cost-efficient solutions have been developed to manage the responsibilities and functions from our client’s workflow; either in-full or on a task-by-task basis, to provide a high-quality outcome within an agreed timescale and cost. Role Overview:
As the People Services Manager for RSMS, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day implementation of processes and strategies that drive organizational growth and ensure the well-being and development of our employees. This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing various aspects of the employee lifecycle and enhancing our people processes.

Responsibilities:
On/Off boarding
- Administer on boarding procedures and documentation
- Provide new hires with necessary information and resources
- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide necessary resources to new employees
- Handle employee departures professionally and efficiently
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Employee Welfare, Training and CPD
- Maintain employee contact in a programme of welfare checking and support that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction
- Address employee concerns and provide support as needed
- Assist managers in identifying training needs and implementation of training as required
- Monitor and track employee development and CPD progress
- Oversee the scheduling, records management and implementation of probation, performance reviews and performance management requirements
- Support managers as required in managing individual performance and conduct improvement
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with performance review processes
- Maintain accurate people records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment laws
- Monitoring and reporting sickness absence
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
- CIPD level 3 minimum required
- Knowledge of Bullhorn desirable
