Do you want to change lives and support survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking? 💛
We’re looking for a passionate Outreach Advocate to provide practical and emotional support, helping victims rebuild their confidence, independence, and safety.
✨ What you’ll do:
Carry out risk assessments and address urgent safeguarding needs 🛡️
Be a consistent source of care and support through regular contact 💬
Work creatively to empower survivors and reduce the risk of re-trafficking 🌍
Build strong partnerships with agencies and professionals 🤝
Keep up to date with policies and best practice so the service stays effective ✅
👀 What we’re looking for:
Experience supporting vulnerable adults & children in a needs-led service 🙌
Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to manage complex needs 🔎
Understanding of issues like trafficking, sexual exploitation, homelessness, mental health & substance misuse 🧩
A resilient, empathetic team player who thrives on making a difference 🌟

Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours, Mon–Fri)
Salary: £24,315 – £26,917 (based on experience)
