Virinder Rai MBE is currently working for Red Snapper Recruitment (RSR) as a Policy and Commissioning Officer at the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC).

We are thrilled to announce that Virinder has been recognized as the winner of the ‘Inspirational Role Model’ award at this year’s National She Awards, which is held in honour of International Women’s Day. In addition, Virinder was awarded an MBE in the 2022 New Year Honours List, an honour bestowed upon her by His Majesty King Charles III.
Virinder expressed that this award was the pinnacle of her life’s work, and she considers her journey over the past 35 years to be a great achievement.
