Data Protection legislation provides you with a number of rights to help keep you informed how your personal data is being used, and some control around the collection and processing of your personal data by organisations. 

Right of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed.

Right to Rectification

If you believe we hold incorrect data on you, you have the right for it to be corrected. If data is found to be incorrect, it will be rectified.

Right to Erasure

You have the right that we erase personal concerning you.

This includes but is not limited to where the personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, you have withdrawn consent if consent was provided as the legal basis for processing, or you object to the processing, and where legitimate interests have been used as the legal basis for processing there are no overriding legitimate interests for continuing to do so.

There are some reasons we may not erase your data, including for example when we must retain that data due to a legal requirement.

You have the right that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, including when the accuracy of the personal data is contested, allowing for us to verify its accuracy, the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of that data, the data is no longer needed for its original purpose but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or you object to our overriding legitimate interests in processing that data.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to request a copy of the data you provided us. This can be provided to you, or directly to a new data controller should you require. Personal data will be provided to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Right to Object

If we are processing your data on the basis of Red Snapper Recruitment Ltd.’s legitimate interests, you can object to such processing with some exceptions.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data when it is used for direct marketing purposes.
