(The test was then marked by the interview panel and all successful applicants moved to stage 2 of the process)

Stage Two The interview

The 14 applicants who passed the initial test moved on to the Competency Based Interview conducted by a member of the FACT team. The interview panel was formed of HR representatives and a line manager from FACT.

Stage three Short list

Following the interviews, applicants with the highest score overall were offered a position. 10 candidates secured a researcher role based in FACTs due diligence team.

Aftercare

All applicants that attended on the day were provided a development report from the OPQ testing, giving them information about their strengths and weaknesses on the competencies important for success in a researcher position. The report also provided applicants valuable on the job tips and suggestions to help them excel in the workplace.
