What is the Rejoiner Programme?

The Rejoiner Programme features Probation Officers who have previously worked within the service and are now looking to return after a career break of 2 to 8 years. Each candidate has prepared a short video presentation, giving employers the opportunity to hear directly from experienced practitioners who are eager to bring their valuable skills and insights back into practice.
