RSR Justice’s sessional community payback service is the only service of its kind and is designed to provide flexibility to Community Payback Schemes by increasing capacity so targets can be met.
There are currently 2 types of community payback services to probation trusts throughout the UK and we are happy to tailor any of the services to improve on our ability to meet our clients needs.
Sourcing: We will search through our database and job boards to find you suitable candidates with all vetting and interviewing conducted by our experienced recruitment consultants. You can supplement this approach with our many different advertising options.
Managed: Instead of recruiting the staff to work directly for our clients to develop their business processes, we will employ the staff and deliver the processes ourselves. This can include sourcing community payback projects, providing equipment and clothing along with organising the day-to-day running of the projects and providing supervisors.
