RSR Police is a market leading recruitment business dedicated to supplying experienced practitioners on a temporary, contractual or permanent basis to the Law Enforcement, Cyber Security, Offender Management and Regulatory Services talent markets.

RSR Police are currently recruiting on behalf of our Staffordshire based client for a Leadership and Organisational Development Trainer.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and offers salary of £26,565 - £32,394 pro-rata.

Full driving license is essential for the role.

Main Duties:

  • Within the Leadership and Organisational Development Team you will be responsible for the delivery of training programmes for staff at all levels.
  • Maintain a high standard and professional approach at all levels in line with the work undertaken.
  • Engage with stakeholders both internally and from partner agencies to provide guidance and support in relation to teaching practices.
  • Participation within Learning and Development Focus Groups to identify and support learning requirements.
  • Report to the Leadership and Organisation Development Manager.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Teaching / Training or equivalent.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring.
  • Level 3 Leadership and Management.
  • Level 5 qualification in Teaching/Training or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring is desirable but not essential.
  • Must have the ability to design learning products to support the digital cultural development
  • Proven understanding of the training process (learning needs analysis and evaluation).
  • Ability to communicate with, and influence, all staff in the areas of learning and development.
  • Demonstrate experience in the delivery of classroom-based training and the coaching of individuals and groups.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint and the ability to use audio/visual technologies in the training environment. 

This role will be subject to vetting and the successful individual will be required to obtain and maintain these clearances.
