RSR Police are currently recruiting for an Investigator to work within the Serious and Organised Crime Unit. The role is based in Southampton initially on a 3 month contract. To be considered you will need be a former Detective who is PIP 2 accredited or equivalent.

Role

• Complete victim and witness statements
• Identifying and maximising all of the available evidence ensuring statements are legible and comply with guidelines.
• Secure and preserve the continuity of evidence and exhibits
• Ensuring evidence is gathered and stored in accordance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) 1984.
• Case file preparation.
• Submission and the management of cases throughout the prosecution process.
